The menu featured a fun twist on the traditional corned beef and cabbage entree - it was prepared as eggroll filling and served along with shepherd's pie, and creme de menthe chocolate cake!

Mrs. Zombro and Mrs. Gilles’ class at Glen Oak CLC celebrated Dr. Seuss with green eggs and ham! They read the book, predicted, rhymed, and finally taste-tested—then took a vote!
The Night on Broadway concert was a hit! A packed house cheered on our talented Richwoods orchestra and symphonic band as they shined alongside the Peoria Pops Orchestra. Bravo to all!
